Aaron Adams

Owner & Founder

Aaron Adams has been a full-time real estate investor since leaving his job teaching High School Spanish in the early 2000s. He has purchased thousands of properties in California, Indiana, Missouri, Texas, Florida, Idaho, Nevada, North Carolina and Illinois. Aaron has purchased several thousand properties with a particular focus on single family homes in blue collar and middle class neighborhoods.

However, his scope of experience includes: apartment complexes, commercial property, new construction and mobile home parks. He currently is focused on Indianapolis, Charlotte, Kansas City, and Dallas. Aaron was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Atlantic City, New Jersey, and attended college in both Utah and California.

Aaron has a Masters Degree in Business from Cal Poly Pomona and after spending two years in Venezuela, when he was 19-21 years old, is fluent in Spanish. He is the proud father of two sons, Casey and Thomas. He is currently the CEO of Alpine Property Management and Alpine Capital Solutions, as well as managing partner in a private equity firm and managing partner of several dozen companies.

Alpine Capital Solutions - Indy Stay Manager

Deven Trueblood was born and raised in Indiana, and takes his Hoosier roots seriously as an avid sports fan of all things Indy.

Deven left Indiana for a short time to pursue his passion for golf, while also getting an education in the business aspects of the sport. He started at Methodist University in North Carolina, finishing his degree in Professional Golf Management at Eastern Kentucky University. From 2008-2015, Deven worked as a Golf Pro at Valhalla Golf Club in Louisville, KY and as the head Golf Professional at The Pete Dye Course at French Lick, IN.

Deven worked for two years in Investor Relations for Alpine Capital, from 2015-2017, before becoming the manager for Indy Stay. Indy Stay manages the portfolio of Airbnb houses for Alpine Capital Solutions.

Deven’s second passion is music, having played in several bands, he continues to play his guitar and includes music venues and concerts as cornerstones of his travel with his wife Tara.

Deven is a devoted dad to his son Liam. Tara and Deven also share their home with two French Bulldogs, Fender and Gibson.

Travis has been investing in real estate for over 2 decades with over 1000 doors purchased, he has bought, sold and held single family homes, mobile home parks and apartments in North Carolina, Florida, South Carolina and Indiana. He has helped and trained hundreds of investors around the country buy thousands of deals to increase their portfolios.

After college he became a financial advisor selling stocks, bonds and insurance which led him into the real estate industry where he found that real estate investing is the perfect fit. His experience in real estate has helped him partner with a real estate master mind like Aaron to build the Charlotte Alpine market for other investors to experience the similar real estate growth.

Travis was born in Upstate New York and his family moved to Charlotte North Carolina in the early 80’s, he has seen the city of Charlotte grow from its infancy to a banking powerhouse. He is a proud husband and father of two boys.

Aaron Adams Training Operations

Fred teamed up with Aaron Adams in 2019 to bring affordable, convenient and impactful investment training to everyone that wanted it.

After retiring from the Army in 2015, with 29 years of service, Fred worked in the civilian sector looking for more than just a job. Eventually he found the world of real estate investment education, and discovered some less than reputable companies taking advantage of eager students. As a new real estate investor, Fred knew the frustrations of dealing with high priced and low value training.

Fred met Aaron, and knew that getting Aaron’s authentic and relatable material out to a mass audience at a reasonable price was his new mission. Aaron Adams Training was born!

Fred now manages the Aaron Adams Training company to bring the best content, instructors, coaches and mentors to each student while ensuring that we do all that we can to help each student reach their goals!

Fred and Rebecca share their Idaho home with a daughter Alana 15, and a son John 1. They enjoy camping, fishing, and hiking with Fred occasionally wandering off for an ultramarathon or two…a year.

Brittney is the Director of Acquisitions for Alpine Property Management in Indianapolis and also serves as an operator for the Alpine KC office with Timothy Cheadle and Aaron Adams. She has purchased over 3000 homes between 6 US markets in the past 5 years. She acquires investment properties through auctions, direct mail, wholesaling and networking. She also hosts a meet up group on behalf of Alpine Capital Solutions that teaches and guides local investors and wholesalers to invest in real estate by sourcing properties. With all the knowledge and experience she has obtained from working under Aaron, she currently spends her time grinding in three markets generating an inventory of assets for the Alpine operations while also building her own cash flowing portfolio with rentals, flips, airbnbs and notes and owning a barbershop with her husband, Tanner. Brittney was born and raised in Texas where she graduated with a degree in Biology and Chemistry. Upon meeting Aaron Adams and his team she decided to take on the opportunity, relocate and build a future of knowledge and wealth.

Dennis is President of IRA Club. After college Dennis completed Post Graduate work at the Wharton School of Economics and Stanford University. Dennis was a founder of Dearborn Financial Publishing which he grew into the nation’s largest publisher of texts on financial compliance and regulations for the Securities, Real Estate and Insurance industries.

In 2009, Dennis started the IRA Club, today the company has thousands of satisfied clients in all 50 States. IRA Club has helped over 10,000 individuals with answering the questions on their IRA and Solo 401(k), focusing always on ways to use these valuable tools to increase their wealth. Dennis and his wife have 4 adult children and 9 grandchildren. His wife Gayle and their therapy dog Rudy have volunteered over 3,000 hours working with children who have severe handicaps to help them achieve independence.

Lincoln has been a part of the Alpine team since 2013 and is an Indiana native who grew up just outside of Indianapolis.

After earning a Marketing & Management degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Lincoln moved to Pittsburgh to work in the buying office of Dick’s Sporting Goods at their world headquarters. After spending a few years learning how to run a business, Lincoln made a career change and moved back home to Indiana.

Lincoln worked as the Construction Manager for two years before transitioning into the overall operations of the Indianapolis team. He is involved in the construction, rent collection, tenant relations, maintenance, accounting, reporting/metrics, and special project facets of the business.

Alpine is currently managing Lincoln’s personal rental houses in Indianapolis, so he has a unique experience being both a client and employee of the company.

Lincoln and his wife Allison have their hands full with their infant daughter. When he’s not working (or changing diapers), Lincoln enjoys working out, golfing, following Indy-area sports teams, and attending Indiana University football games.

Alpine Capital Solutions - Construction Manager

Robert was an original member of the Alpine Team in Indianapolis in 2004, and brings 23 years of experience to managing Alpine’s $10 Million a year in construction projects.

He is an Indianapolis native son, attending Broad Ripple High School before beginning his career in construction. Robert has personally rehabbed over 4,000 homes in the Indianapolis area, and is a licensed general contractor with experience in rehab, renovations, flips, remodels of historic homes, and ground up construction of everything from homes to commercial office space.

Robert owns and manages his own portfolio of homes, so he understands and explains construction to new investors as a seasoned investor and builder. His leadership and team building has allowed him to build teams taking on the full scope of Alpine’s construction projects from rental grade rehabs to high end flips and private home and commercial property maintenance.

Robert and his wife Karmon have there children; Triston 15, Ethan 12, and Annabelle Lea 10.

Kathryn Butler

Kathryn has mentored, coached and trained thousands of students in the US and even students from Asia. She has also invested internationally. Kathryn started investing in 1993.  She has a business degree and worked for a Fortune 500 company in Corporate America before "firing her boss" in 2000 to focus on her real estate investing. Kathryn has had a property management company and has managed a large portfolio of her own single family and multi unit properties. She has also owned a 100+ mobile home park as well as a tiny house park. Kathryn lives on the beach in southwest Florida and is a Florida native. She does the majority of her investing in the US but has invested internationally, also. She has specialized in foreclosures, rentals, property management, rehabbing, wholesaling and creative financing.  Her favorite strategy is to buy a property using either cash, HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) or OPM; rehab it and do a cash out refinance, thereby getting all her money back and pocketing or reinvesting the rest –– all tax free! Kathryn tries to source her deals different ways and teaches her students over 100 different ways! She even bought a property from a guy in jail!! Her motto is “Real estate is an addiction and I’m going to create a 12-step program for it!” Her passion is helping others achieve their success and says all her students’ success is her reward.
